DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME STARTS SUNDAY, MARCH 14 AT 2 A.M.
Don’t forget to turn your clocks forward one hour
The weekend most Canadians spring forward one hour is also the ideal time to tackle seasonal safety projects. A lot of the routine maintenance on your home and car should be done twice a year, so what better time to start checking items off your “to-do” list?
Come and rock out to rock band! @ the Library on March 19th from:
1:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m for ages 10 years and under !
2:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m for ages 11 years and older !
Free admission! Individuals will be put in a band.
Cyber Camp @ the Library on March 18th from 1:00 p.m. For ages 8 years and over. Free admission- pre-reigister at Library.

Come and make St. Patty’s Day craft @ the Library on March 17th from 1:30 p.m to 2:30 p.m. open to ages five years and older. No Charge – but must register before Tuesday- Class limit is 20! And Don’t forget to wear Green

Come out & have a fun afternoon playing pictionary! No teams are required, participants will be put into teams.
1:30 p.m to 2:30 p.m @ the Library on March 15th. No cost – open to ages 6 years and older. No registration is required- Just drop in!

Come out and watch ” The Smartie Garden” March 16th @ 11.pm to noon @ the Library. Make a paperbag puppet after the show. No registration required – all ages are welcome!

Canada Reads is a week-long CBC radio show hosted by Jian Ghomeshi. In this annual literary bun-fight, five celebrity panelists are asked to defend their favourite Canadian work of fiction. Day by day, books are voted off the list, until one panelist triumphs with the book for Canada to read this year.
The selections for CBC Radio’s Canada Reads 2010 program were announced on December 1st. Five celebrity panelists each chose a title that they will champion in debates during the week of March 8th. The contenders are:
